The home features an open kitchen with a spacious dining room as well as an outdoor kitchen and veranda dining. Our in-house chef will make sure you are well fed using local fresh ingredients prepared in our open kitchens. Hot breakfast is offered every morning. A lunch menu offers variety for you to take a sandwich and snacks with you on the boat. Snacks and beverages are served casually before dinner. Order a classic and refreshing margarita or explore the rest of our bar offerings. Dinner ranges from coursed menus to family style with a mix of Italian and Mexican dishes. Casa Clorinda is owned and operated by the Puglisi family. It began as a family home and remains a retreat for their friends and family. Their professional experience in hospitality and fishing has allowed them to create a fishing lodge where the quality of the food and service matches the quality of the fishing.
Enrico Puglisi, founder of EP Flies and Casa Clorinda, can often be found poolside with a cigar in hand. Karen Bernett designed and decorated Casa Clorinda, filling it with energetic colors, classic architectural touches, and hand-made furniture. Daniel Puglisi is our mezcal aficionado, margarita taste tester, and pool boy. Vanessa Puglisi directs the hospitality program from the New York office, helping you plan all the details of your trip.
